The Sheridan City Council Monday night approved on 2nd reading an ordinance that amends City Code pertaining to signs and billboards. City Planning Director Robert Briggs explains that the change will allow for a little more leeway for non-residential buildings.

Briggs said that the ordinance also gives more clarification to the provisions placed on fencing for non-residential buildings in R-3 zoning districts as well.
