9/11 Ceremonies Remember Tragedy From 8 Years Ago

The Sheridan Fire – Rescue Department is holding a ceremony to remember their fallen comrades from the terrorist attacks in 2001. Sheridan Fire Marshal Brian Songer says the ceremony won’t take long.

The 9-11 ceremony will take place in front of the Sheridan Fire Station.

Firefighters will also have a presence at the Sheridan Health Fair tomorrow at Sheridan College.

Fire-Rescue personnel will have a limited number of booster seats to give to families that need them at the car seat checkpoint. Parents who would like their seats checked or installed can stop by the Sheridan Fire Station at anytime or call to make an appointment.
