Commissioners Deny Liquor License Renewal

The Sheridan County Commissioners at their regularly scheduled meeting Tuesday approved 20 of the 21 requests for liquor license renewals by various businesses within the County. The one denial was for a retail liquor license renewal for the Chuckwagon Store in Story.

Commission Awards Contracts for Projects

Oxford Inc. will be in charge of handling Sheridan County’s air quality dust mitigation program this year, as the County Commission at their meeting Tuesday, awarded the contract to the company for their bid of just over $428,000.

Water Meter Replacement Public Meetings

Over the next year, approximately 9,000 water meters in the City of Sheridan and Sheridan Area Water Supply System will be replaced as part of a joint project between the City and SAWS.
