On Monday, Frackeltons restaurant on Sheridan’s Main Street will hold their Dining for a Cause event with the theme of Celebrating Connection of the Arts in Sheridan. Three groups will be the recipients of the funds, the WYO Theater, Sage Community Arts, and the Public Arts Committee.

Around noon on Thursday, Sheridan was visited by a very large and very heavy load.

Two people were treated for reportedly minor injuries, and one of them was cited for following too closely following a collision on Highway 87 near Landon's Greenhouse Thursday morning.

CASPER, Wyo. (AP) — The University of Wyoming is reviewing an encounter between students and a state senator over an academic project on guns that the students presented at a recent public forum.

The City of Buffalo has scheduled two meetings in the coming weeks to discuss with local liquor dealers and city and county government the changes to made to Wyoming liquor laws that will take effect on July 1st and how city code will need be modified to adapt to those changes.

During their Tuesday meeting the Johnson County Commissioners approved a change to the recently revised personnel policy for county employees that will affect an employee's leave of absence.
