The Sheridan County Sheriff’s Office and U.S. Forest Service Law Enforcement continue to investigate the exact cause of the Sheep Creek Fire burning in the Bighorn Mountains west of Dayton. The official term that’s been given to the fire is that it is an “undetermined human caused” fire.
