Johnson County Commissioners Award Scholarships

The Johnson County Commissioner's Scholarships were awarded by the commissioners at their meeting May 20th.

Awarded from Buffalo High School were Teara Gass and Joshua Jackson.
The alternate was Hannah Chapin.

From Kaycee High School, Lakyn White was awarded the scholarship and Sean Waybrandt was named the alternate.

Buffalo Turns Out For Memorial Day Observances

Buffalo residents again turned out in good numbers to participate in the Memorial Day Observances on Monday.

The Parade of Veterans of all wars began at 9am and marched to the Veteran's Memorial on the corner of Fort and Main Streets, then continued down Main Street to the Clear Creek bridge for the Navy Mother's Ceremony.

Johnson County Approves MOU For Fire Suppression
