Billings Organization Aims to Provide a 'Safe Haven' for Abuse Victims

Valerie Courtney with the Billings-based BVC Safe Haven Ranch aims to eradicate child abuse. Someday, Courtney says she hopes to have a plot of land where survivors of abuse and abused animals can come together to heal. This April, they will be holding their first annual fundraiser in Billings.
