Cowgirls win Again / Rockies Open With a Victory / SHS Coach Kelting Indoor Track Coach of the Year

COWGIRL BASKETBALL - The Wyoming Cowgirls beat Pepperdine 61-60 on late free throws to advance to the final eight of the WNIT here's Head coach Joe Legerski. They play their elite eight game on the road Sunday at Arizona.

Rockies Open at Miami Today / Cowgirls v Pepperdine Tonight / Bronc Soccer Home Opener Friday

COWGIRL BASKETBALL - The Wyoming Cowgirls will host their next game in the WNIT tonight against Pepperdine. You can hear the game live pregame at 6:00 tip off at 6:30 on KWYO and 106.9 FM.

Head coach Joe Legerski talks about a couple of the big factors to the Cowgirls success this season.

They take a 24-8 record into the game tonight and it is a good match up with the Waves.

SRD Summer Adult Softball Registration Opens Monday / Cowgirls in the WNIT Tomorrow / Rockies Open the MLB Season Tomorrow in Miami

SRD SUMMER SOFTBALL - We highlighted the Sheridan Recreation district Tuesday as they gear up for another season today we are taking a look at the upcoming adult summer softball season.

Zach Stewart is the Adult Sports Specialist for the district and runs all four adult summer softball leagues he says team and player registration for the coming season opens Monday.

SRD Preparing for Youth Baseball / Softball / Cowgirl Hoops in the WNIT Thursday / Bronc Soccer Home This Weekend

SRD YOUTH BASEBALL / SOFTBALL - The Sheridan Recreation District is gearing up for another season of youth baseball and girls and adult softball.

JD Williams is the Youth Sports Specialist for the district this week during spring break they are running an indoor baseball clinic for kids that will wrap up tomorrow.

Sign ups are now underway for Webb Wright and Babe Ruth baseball the season begins mid May.

Cowgirls Win Again, Advance to the WNIT Final 16 / SHS Soccer Starts League Play / Bronc and Lady Bronc Track Chalk up Team Victories

COWGIRLS BASKETBALL - The Wyoming Cowgirls were winners yesterday in the second round of the "WNIT" beating South Alabama 78-71 they advance to the Sweet 16 after the win here's Head coach Joe Legerski.

And it was another great win for the Cowgirl program as they continue their run in the tournament.

Cowgirls Win WNIT Opener / Hastings Goes 1-1 at NCAA Wrestling / Lady Bronc Soccer Home v Cheyenne South Tonight

COWGIRL BASKETBALL - - The Wyoming Cowgirls were winners in the first round of the "WNIT" Thursday night beating Northern Colorado 68-60 here's Head coach Joe Legerski.

The Cowgirls will play at home Sunday afternoon at 2:00 against the winner of tonight's game between Lamar and South Alabama.

COWGIRL BASKETBALL - The Wyoming Cowgirls play in the first round of the "WNIT" tonight in the Double "AA" against Northern Colorado we will broadcast the game live for you on KWYO and 106.9 FM Cowgirl pregame at 6:00 with the tip at 6:30.

COWBOY WRESTLING - The Cowboy wrestling team has seven wrestlers to the NCAA tournament in Pittsburgh of the seven is former Sheridan Bronc and Cowboy red shirt freshmen Hayden Hastings the national tournament starts this afternoon.

COLLEGE WRESTLING - The Cowboy wrestling team is sending seven wrestlers to the NCAA tournament in Pittsburgh of the seven qualifiers is former Sheridan Bronc and Cowboy red shirt freshmen Hayden Hastings the national tournament starts tomorrow afternoon.

March 18th

Generals Basketball Season Comes to an end Monday Night / Cowgirls to the WNIT / Spring Sports Season Opens Friday

GENERALS BASKETBALL - The Sheridan college Generals lost in the first round of their national basketball tournament in Hutchinson, Kansas last night 92-80 against Kaskaskia, Illinois.

The Generals were down by as much as 20 in the first half they cut that to ten points at halftime but couldn't get back in the game they end their season with a record of 31-5 overall.

Casper college was also eliminated from the tournament on day one with a 90-83 loss against Cleveland state.
