Gillette Driver's License Office Closed

The Gillette driver's license office will be closed Jan. 8-15 for renovation and the holiday.

3rd Annual First Day Hike on Monday

For the third consecutive year, the Trail End State Historic Site will host their First Day Hike on Monday. According to a release, the event gives participants a chance to make new friends and discover history on a 2.5 mile hike through Sheridan’s historic Nielsen Heights neighborhood.

JACKSON, Wyo. (AP) — Wyoming officials say they caught a man with a wolf he'd shot illegally.

The man has been cited for hunting during a closed season, failure to tag the animal and shooting from a roadway.
