Big Horn, Sheridan Counties Among Highest Unemployment In State

Wyoming's unemployment rate increased slightly in July to 5.6 percent - the second straight month the state's jobless rate has gone up.

Student Enrollment at JCSD1 Appears Mostly Flat

At the Johnson County School Board meeting Monday night, the administrators from the schools reported that student enrollment looks to be very much the same as at the end of last school year, but cautioned that numbers will probably change these first few weeks of school.

Johnson County Approves MOU, Agreement, Boardmembers

At last week's meeting, the Johnson County Commissioners took care of some “housekeeping” by first approving a Memorandum of Understanding, or MOU, between themselves and the University of Wyoming Extension Office in Buffalo.
