While the Beds Along the Big Horns Bed race may have been light on contestants this year, it sure wasn't short on excitement. The final came down to the team from NX Bar Ranch and the Kendrick Park Pool Lifeguards, with the NX Bar Ranch bed taking home 1st place.

It Was a Great Turnout for the Sneakers and Spurs Run

Hundreds of runners and walkers gathered Friday morning in Downtown Sheridan for the annual “Sneakers and Spurs” run. Laine Parish from Cheyenne was the overall winner, finishing the 5k run in just over 16 minutes. Laine explains that it was more than rodeo that brought him to Sheridan.

Mother Nature Smiled Down Thursday Night

Call it third time's a charm, but last night's 3rd Thursday Street Festival exceeded everyone's expectations. Hundred's filled Grinnell Plaza, where the smell of cooking food tempted the palate. Main Street, all the way from the Flagstone Cafe to the Rainbow Bar, was overflowing with a variety of vendors, to shoppers, to just those “lookie-loos” taking everything in.
