Cooperative Agreement for Holloway Avenue on Council’s Agenda

The Sheridan City Council at their March 16 meeting, voted to table a cooperative agreement between the city and Sheridan County for construction of Holloway Avenue from 11th to 15th Street.

BRONC / LADY BRONC SOCCER - The Bronc and Lady Bronc soccer teams resume conference play this week the Lady Broncs will play in Sheridan while the Broncs travel, they play Laramie Friday and Cheyenne South Saturday.

The Lady Broncs are coming off their first loss of the season when the dropped a 1-0 decision to Gillette, Head coach Mallery Marshall says despite the loss the team looks good and ready to make a run this spring.

Game times are 4:00 and 6:00 Friday evening and 10:00 am and noon Saturday.

As the weather warms, outdoor enthusiasts are eager to get out-of-doors right along with the bears that are waking up from a long winter. The Wyoming Game and Fish Department is holding a series of seminars across the state reminding people to be ‘bear aware’.

St. Francis Shelter Raises Money Through Bake Sale

The St. Francis Animal Shelter in Buffalo had a bake sale fundraiser this past Saturday and raised Roughly $300 to use for veterinary care for the cats and dogs at the shelter.
