Johnson County Healthcare Center CEO Nicole Hobbs, during her update to the Board of Trustees at their recent meeting, discussed the VA nursing facility that is proposed to be built in the state, with Buffalo as one of the possible sites.
She said she had concerns with the facility being located here.

As of Monday afternoon, Sheridan ranked in fourth place among the 20 small towns nominated in USA Today magazine's Best Small Town Cultural Scene competition.

Neltje To Be Awarded Honorary Doctorate

Local artist Neltje is one of two individuals that will be awarded an Honorary Doctoral Degree from the University of Wyoming during commencement ceremonies on May 12.
