The City of Sheridan will host the second of three public presentations this afternoon to discuss the upcoming changes to Wyoming State Liquor Law and the corresponding proposed City ordinance regarding liquor licenses.

Wolves Returned to State Management in Wyoming

CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) — A court has formally lifted endangered species protection for wolves in Wyoming and put the state back in charge of managing them.

District 1 Holds Meetings on Strategic Plan

Sheridan County School District 1 trustees will have two meetings next week to talk about the district's strategic plan for the years ahead.

SC Generals Rodeo results

This past weekend the Sheridan College rodeo team headed to Casper for the ninth regional rodeo of the season. The Men’s team placed first at the Dale Stiles Memorial Rodeo with a total of 490 points, the Women’s team placed third with 225 points.

On the women’s side LaTasha Weiferich moved into second place in the region in the barrel racing with a long round time of 15.31 seconds which placed her third in the round in the short round she ran a 15.29 second pattern which placed her third in the round and second in the average.

Wyoming Cowboy Joe Club Hosts UW Coaches in Sheridan Thursday / Rockies Drop Slugfest to the Nationals

COWBOY JOE - The Wyoming Cowboy Joe club comes to Sheridan tomorrow with their annual spring membership drive function at Black Tooth Brewing company starting at 5:30.

Wyoming football coach Craig Bohl will be hear to talk with fans, the Cowboys just finished up with spring football and Bohl talked about some of their spring accomplishments following the spring game in Laramie he was pleased for the most part after the spring game.
