Be Bear Aware

The Wyoming Game and Fish Department has already received two reports of bears in Sheridan County this year. According to Game and Fish Public Information Specialist Bud Stewart, this signifies that it is time to become more Bear Aware.

Council to Consider Approval of Firefighter Contract at Monday Meeting

The Sheridan City Council has been in negotiations with the local firefighters union over the past several weeks. Those negotiations were to determine a new contract, that would go into effect on July 1st, when the old contract expires.

MILITARY BASE MOLESTATION

TACOMA, Wash. (AP) — Officials say a former member of the military has pleaded guilty to two counts related to the sexual molestation of a child on military bases in Washington and Louisiana.
