Broncs Exterminate Evanston 49-3/ Eagles and Rams Both Secure Blowout Wins

Sheridan Broncs
The #2 ranked 4A Sheridan Bronc Football team is now 3-0 on the season with a blowout win over Evanston Friday. Their first touchdown of the night came on the second offensive play of the game.

They later scored off of a blocked Evanston punt.

Next Friday the competition heats up as the Broncs travel to face the #5 ranked Cheyenne East team.

Science Saturdays Dinosaur Quarry Caravan

Saturday marks the kickoff for Science Saturdays and they will be taking a trip to a dinosaur quarry for the first free event.

Charges Filed for Bronson

The charges against Scott Bronson were read in Sheridan County’s Circuit Court Thursday afternoon. He is being charged with two felonies and two misdemeanors for his actions during last week’s Broadway Standoff.

‘Taste of Sheridan’ is Sunday

The North Main Association will be hosting the 8th annual “Taste of Sheridan” event Sunday at Thorne-Rider Park in Sheridan. North Main Chairman Ryan Mulholland said the event offers some of the best food Sheridan has to offer.

Sheridan Media has won an award in the Wyoming State Historical Society's “publications” category for its summer “Sheridan Chronicles” publication.

Commissioners Accept Work Performed On County Roads

The Johnson County Commissioners have accepted the work performed and signed off on work performed by a company on behalf of the Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) on county roads this summer, on the recommendation of County Road and Bridge Supervisor Scott Pehringer.
