District To Meet With Governor Regarding Coffeen Funding

The Sheridan County School District 2 Board of Trustees met for their regularly scheduled meeting Monday night and received an update on funding for a potential new Coffeen Elementary school.

Lummis to Sponsor Bill Fighting Sections of NDAA

President Barack Obama signed the 2012 National Defense Authorization Act on New Year's Eve, and sections of this year's defense funding bill has some up in arms.


The Sheridan Rampage won the 6th grade boys division of the Trailhead Classic Basketball Tournament in Billings last weekend.

They defeated the Laurel Predators in the championship game 56-19.

A Buffalo woman gave birth to a son, the first baby born in Johnson County in 2012, on Sunday, January 8th. That could be the story itself, but in an interesting twist, the mother had no idea she was expecting.
