BLM Crews Responding To Fire At Billy Creek West Of Buffalo

*UPDATED* Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Buffalo Field Office (BFO) fire crews have responded to a fast-moving 15 to 20-acre fire in the Billy Creek Area west of Buffalo on BLM lands, according to the BLM Casper Dispatch Center.

The 1st Place - Wyoming All-State Marching Band

The Wyoming High School All State Marching Band under the direction of Dave and Dawn Bellis was a big hit at the 2012 Sheridan WYO Rodeo Parade on Friday morning. Not only a big hit in taking 1st place in the Bands and Drill Units it was also big in numbers - at about 250 strong.

Record Numbers for Sneakers and Spurs Run

UPDATE 3:22 PM RESULTS ATTACHED -Nearly 500 runners and walkers took part in the Sneakers and Spurs run Friday morning in Historic Downtown Sheridan. That number is a new record for the race. The men's winner was Michael Kesy from Cheyenne.
