Worlds of Music to Celebrate Australian Aboriginal Life

Worlds Of Music will present Yidumduma Bill Harney and Paul Taylor celebrating the traditional life and music of Australia's Wardaman People in a series of performances Friday and Saturday in Buffalo.

LADY BRONC BASKETBALL - The Sheridan Lady Broncs have Gillette at home tonight. The Lady Broncs are 18-1 still ranked number one in 4-A after suffering their first loss of the season in Laramie last week.

They lead the conference race by one game over the Camels Head coach Derek Bissitt expects another good game with the Camels tonight.

Since the loss in Laramie last Saturday Bissitt says the players have responded well to the loss and are looking forward to getting back on the court.

Green House Opens Bids For Project

The 2009 Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System shows that just over 9% of Wyoming adults use smokeless tobacco. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, this means that Wyoming holds the dubious distinction of leading the nation in smokeless tobacco use.

Under blue Wyoming skies the City of Sheridan Street Department was out in force Wednesday morning as a tandem team of "street washers" gave a clean sweep to Coffeen Avenue. The second truck is seen here crossing the Avoca Street/Sugarland Drive intersection heading south. Enjoy the good weather as the high Thursday will be in the 30's with a chance of snow.
