The Strings are Ready and the Vocal Cords are on Deck

It is 1:00 pm Tuesday and the Woodland Park Elementary Orchestra is on stage ready for "An Island Christmas" in front of a standing room only audience as Principal Jack Brimhall welcomes the guests. The orchestra started with "Jolly Old St. Nick" and two other selections followed by the Woodland Park Honor Choir.

The Sheridan Police Department is investigating the theft of two 47” LG LCD flat panel television monitors that were stolen last week from 1350 Hi Tech Drive, which is the location of the new Vacutech building in north Sheridan.

Department of Health: Donate Unused Medications to Help Others

New Coffeen Elementary Funding In Question

Sheridan County School District 2 has plans to rebuild Coffeen Elementary, but the Wyoming School Facilities Commission does not allocate funding for the school in its 2012-13 biennium budget.

WATCH Students Send 31 Care Packages to Troops

Sheridan High School students collected items this holiday season to send to troops and ended up mailing 31 care packages, according to career center coordinator Tracy Hewitt-Adams.
