Library Director Search Narrowed

The search for a new library director has been narrowed to two.

The search for a new director of the Sheridan County Fulmer Library has been narrowed to two applicants. Sheridan Media's Ron Richter has more.

Commissioners Approve Cell Tower; Board Appointments

At Tuesday's Sheridan County Commission meeting public comment was heard on the Conditional Use Permit for the proposed Kane Cell Tower at 312 Meade Creek Road in Sheridan.

Commission Awards Several Bids

The Sheridan County Commission met for their first regular meeting of July Tuesday morning.

The Commission awarded bids for the GA Ramp and Access Road Reconstruction project at the Sheridan County Airport.

July 4th Clean-Up Honors

A lot of preparation goes into putting on the fireworks show at the Equestrian Center, but there’s just as much work afterwards. 

Students and staff from the Wyoming Girls School in Sheridan spent much of Monday morning picking up all the trash and remnants of the firework explosives left over from the night before.

Dayton Council Opens TRVCC Parking Lot Bids

The Town of Dayton was in business last night, since they took their July 4th holiday last Friday.

Council opened bids for the asphalting project on the Tongue River Valley Community Center parking lot. Mayor Bob Wood tells us who bid.

BRONC WRESTLING - The Sheridan Broncs are hosting a wrestling camp this week and it's open to all middle school and high school wrestlers. Bronc Head coach Terry Burgess says some of the Broncs have already been camping this summer. And this is a perfect opportunity to get even more good instruction without having to leave town.

Again all middle school and high school wrestlers can attend tonight's session will get underway at 5:00 in the Sheridan high school wrestling room.

Poll Motor Building Future Site of Black Tooth Brewing Company

Renovation work is underway at the old Poll Motor Building in Sheridan. Plans are to convert a portion of the building into a brew pub that will offer a wide variety of locally crafted beers. One of the owner's of Black Tooth Brewing Company Tim Barnes, explains just how many different kinds of beer they will be offering.
