JC Commission Tables DeCock's Request

The Johnson County Commissioners held a special public meeting Monday to discuss the request from County Attorney-elect Kenneth DeCock to rescind a 1987 ordinance that caps the deputy positions' salaries in the County to 80% of the elected officials' salary. Aaron Palmer has the report.

BHS Winter Concert Tuesday

The Buffalo High School Music Department will present their Winter Concert this evening.

Co-Music Director Chad Rose said there will be seven groups performing, both vocal and instrumental.

The Legislature convenes in Cheyenne a month from now, and two Republican lawmakers, co-sponsors of Senate File 13, are introducing legislation to propose banning Primary Election crossover voting in Wyoming.


BRONC / LADY BRONC BASKETBALL - The Sheridan Broncs and Lady Broncs had a good weekend sweeping games from Buffalo and Riverton.

The Lady Broncs blew out Buffalo 64-38 Friday and Riverton Saturday 79-23 Head coach Derek Bissitt. After a sluggish start against Riverton Saturday they really got after the Wolverines in the second half.

Now it's onto play at the Flaming Gorge Classic in Green River and time for the Lady Broncs to get better on the road.
