Sheridan County and Big Horn City Historical Societies Will Have A Special Program In December

The Sheridan County Historical Society will not be holding a monthly dinner and program this month, but to make up for it, they are planning something special for December. Sheridan County Museum Director Dana Prater explains what's being planned for the special Christmas season dinner and program.

Sheridan College President Says School In Good Hands

It was announced last week that Sheridan College President Dr. Kevin Drumm was a finalist for the president’s position at Broome Community College in Dickinson, New York.

Drumm cautioned not to take the news too seriously at this time because there are two other very well qualified candidates for the position.

Sagebrush Elementary Honored For Award

Students, teachers and parents at Sagebrush Elementary School all gathered in the gymnasium on Friday morning for a special awards presentation. State Superintendent of Public Instruction Dr. Jim McBride was there to present the school with its National Blue Ribbon School Award.
