Buffalo Council Approves Temporary Garbage Permit

Buffalo's City Council approved a temporary garbage permit for Scott Gruntmeier and Bald Mountain Sanitation to continue providing limited sanitation services to the city through the end of July, when they will either decide to continue with another contract or allow it to expire.
