WYO Rodeo heads into day two / Trooper baseball Monday / SHS booster golf is Sunday / Rockies win two straight

WYO RODEO - The Sheridan WYO rodeo heads into day two, slack timed events start at 9:00 the WYO rodeo carnival opens at 5:00 and the 2nd performance of the WYO starts promptly at 7:00.

Slack timed events will run each day through Saturday starting at 9:00 and admission is free.

If your going to the performance tonight look for something new added to this year's line-up WYO rodeo board President Zane Garstad.

And as we head into our big Friday of activities downtown and rodeo weekend Garstad says it's the biggest weekend of the year in Sheridan county for friends and families to re-unite.

The Sheridan media crew will be live downtown tomorrow starting at 6:00 with the Kiwanis pancake breakfast and continuing right through the parade all the action will be broadcast on News / Talk 930 KROE and the Coyote 93.7 FM.

TROOPER BASEBALL - The Sheridan Troopers play their next game at home a Monday against Laramie that is scheduled as a single nine inning game at noon. That will be our next live broadcast we will have it live for you on 14-10 KWYO.

SHS BOOSTER CLUB GOLF - The Sheridan high school booster club will hold their golf tournament Sunday at the Powder Horn, it's a four person team scramble the shot gun start will be at 1:00 contact the Powder Horn to enter your teams.

ROCKIES BASEBALL - The Colorado Rockies hit five home runs two by Troy Tulowitski and beat San Diego 6-1 Wednesday.

They end the first half of the season on the road for three games at Minnesota you can hear tonight's game live on 87.7 FM ESPN radio the first pitch will be at 6:40.

The MLB All-Star break begins Monday at Target field in the Twin Cities
