Two more winter sports are done for the year after wrestling and boys' swimming had their state tournaments over the weekend.

Bison wrestler Cole Reiner was defeated in the championship match by Douglass of Lyman. The team finished 14th of 16 teams.

The Bison swim team finished tenth at state. Tim Cohoon finished second in the 100 butterfly for the best Bison finish.

The Kaycee Buckaroos took the 1A East Regional Championship over the weekend.
They beat Glendo 70-36; Midwest 55-38; and Guernsey-Sunrise 56-52 to take the championship.
They will take the #1 seed in the east into the state tournament against the #4 seed from the west Encampment Thursday.

The Kaycee Lady Bucs finished fourth at regionals, beating Guernsey-Sunrise39-30; then losing to Lingle-Ft. Laramie 61-39. They then beat Rock River 41-33 before losing to Hulett 58-44 to finish fourth.
They will take the #4 seed in the east against Little Snake River on Thursday.

The Bison basketball team dropped their final regular-season game 50-44 on Friday to finish 11-3 in conference, 15-7 overall. They will have the #2 seed in the east and will play #7 Newcastle on Thursday at the 3A East Regional Tournament.

The Lady Bison also lost their final game 35-24 to Douglas last week.
They finish 5-9 in conference, 9-13 overall and will be the #7 seed at their regional tournament this week. They will play #3 Rawlins on Thursday.
