May and June shaping up as Sheridan and Sheridan county host several major sporting events

BRONC / LADY BRONC SOCCER - The Bronc and Lady Bronc soccer teams open the second round of conference play begins this week with Laramie and Cheyenne South,

The Broncs will be on the road this week while the Lady Broncs host the games with Laramie Friday at 4:00 for the JV's and 6:00 for the varsity.

The games Saturday morning with south will be played at Big Horn high school at 800 10:00 the reason for change of venue is because the Sheridan junior high is hosting a track meet at Sheridan high school.

GOLF - The Bronc and Lady Bronc golfers will tee it up in Powell Friday.

Gary Benson track meet canceled / Bronc / Lady Bronc soccer split with Buffalo / Rockies fall to the Bucs 6-1

TRACK AND FIELD - Sheridan high school has canceled the "Gary Benson" invitational track meet today because of weather concerns Sheridan high school Activities Director Don Julian says because of scheduling conflicts moving forward they will not reschedule the meet.

BRONC / LADY BRONC SOCCER - The Bronc and Lady Bronc soccer teams split non conference matches with Buffalo last night the Broncs dropped a 1-0 decision while the Lady Broncs got three goals from Robbi Ryan and shut out the Bison 3-0.

District Director Richard Wright says it's important for parents to get kids registered as soon as possible.

SHS Soccer fall at Gillette / "Dan Hansen" Track Invitational starts at 10:00 / Rec District Registraion Deadlines looming

SHS ACTIVITIES - Yesterday we heard from new Sheridan Bronc Head basketball coach Jeff Martini Sheridan high school Activities Director Don Julian comments today on that selection.

Sheridan high school has two big track and field events coming up starting with the "Dan Hansen" invitational Saturday.

And he says this week begins a busy run over the next month for Sheridan county to host some large events.
