WEEKEND LOCAL SPORTS WRAP UP

BRONCS / LADY BRONCS - The Broncs and Lady Broncs split their games Saturday against Riverton the Lady Broncs had no problem running their record to 3-0 cruising the the victory 58-21 Head coach Sean Yeager.

They've only played three games most of their opponents have six games already but that changes with week as they play three games in Green River at the Flaming Gorge classic.

The Broncs lost 72-58 Head coach Gale Smith says the learning process continues for his young Bronc
squad.

And he says they got better from the first week and hope to continue that this week in Green River.

They play Thursday, Friday and Saturday in and we will have those games live for you on 14-10 KWYO and 87.7 FM ESPN radio.

GENERALS / LADY GENERALS - The Sheridan college basketball teams swept victories against Northwest college Saturday. The Generals play at Williston, North Dakota tonight.

TONGUE RIVER - The TR Eagles and Lady Eagles played at Rocky Mountain Friday. The Lady Eagles won 53-33 the Eagles lost 68-49.

Both teams hosted games with riverside Saturday and won the Lady Eagles and are 5-0 after beating up the Rebels 69-30 the Eagles blew out Riverside 62-35.

BIG HORN - The Big Horn Rams and Lady Rams played in tournaments over the weekend the Lady Rams dropped two losing to Glenrock 33-29 and Thermopolis 40-33 Friday and lost against Greybull Saturday.

The Rams lost against Lusk 53-47 Friday and came back Saturday and beat Kaycee 69-30 and Southeast 58-19.

NSI / A/C - The NSI Wolves got beat 63-22 by Sundance and at the Little Six tournament in Clearmont the A/C girls lost against Rock River 32-30 and beat Little Snake River Saturday 43-37 while the Panthers beat HEM 57-27 and then beat Rock River 51-44.

WRESTLING - The Sheridan Bronc wrestlers placed 19th at the Rapid City invitational with four place winners Braxton Cooper and Tucker Goss finished 8th, Cody Delk was 6th and Tory Music was 4th.

COWBOYS - The Wyoming Cowboys are 10-0 after beating Panhandle state Saturday they are now off until the 18th when they host a game with Denver University.

COWGIRLS - The Cowgirls won two winning at Montana and Montana state and running their record to 6-1 overall the Cowgirls play their next game Friday at home against Weber state.
