BRONC WRESTLING - The Sheridan Bronc wrestlers picked up a dual win at Buffalo last night, winning 43-29.

Match winners included Hayden Richins, Derek Berretini, Jay Sandvig, Clay Carter, Devan Reilly, Lucas Giesey and Gage Lacek. The rest of the Bronc points came from forfeits.

The Broncs will compete this weekend at the “Cowboy” Invitational tournament in Miles City, Montana.

GENERALS BASKETBALL - The Sheridan College Generals had no problem picking up their 1st North Sub-Region victory last night, as they blasted Little Big Horn Community College 135-75. It was total domination with eight of the twelve Generals scoring in double figures in the 60-point win.

The Generals and Lady Generals will play home games Friday and Saturday against Laramie County and Eastern Wyoming.

UW BASKETBALL - The Wyoming Cowboys lost at TCU last night 62-59. They fall to 8-9 on the season and 1-2 in Mountain West Conference play. The Pokes are back home Saturday afternoon against New Mexico. That game will be broadcast live Saturday afternoon at 95.9 FM -- broadcast time is at 1:00.

BRONC BASKETBALL - The Sheridan Bronc basketball team will play at home for the first time in more than a month when they host Billings West Friday night. West beat the Broncs in Billings 70-60 on December 5th. The Varsity game is scheduled for 7:30 Friday night, and we will have it live for you on AM 1410 KWYO and at 95.9 FM.

Saturday the Broncs play a non-Conference game at Casper Natrona -- we will broadcast that game as well on KWYO; tip-off at NC is set for 4:30.

LADY BRONCS BASKETBALL - The Lady Broncs will play opposite the Broncs this week. They play at Billings West Friday and host Natrona County Saturday.

RAMS / EAGLES BASKETBALL - The Big Horn Rams and Lady Rams host the Tongue River teams Friday. The Girls Varsity game is scheduled to tip at 4:30; the Boys' game will follow at 6:00.

BRONC SWIMMING AND DIVING - The Sheridan Bronc swimmers and divers will hit the road this week for two meets in Cheyenne Friday and Saturday. The team is coming off three good duals. Head coach Larry White says the team is making great progress. And he says their performances against Gillette and Buffalo has built even more confidence throughout the line-up.

They head to Cheyenne for meets on Friday and Saturday, and White says it's a chance for them to see all the 4A teams at one meet.

BRONC AND LADY BRONC TRACK AND FIELD - The Sheridan High School indoor track season begins Friday with a meet at Black Hills State University.
