The first big weather event of the school year began last Thursday and affected weekend sports all over the state, including in Johnson County.

The Bison's home football game with Riverton, scheduled for Friday night, was postponed until Saturday, originally for a 1 o'clock kickoff.

Officials had trouble getting to the game as scheduled and the game was postponed again until about 2:30 when the officials were able to get to Buffalo.

The Bison lost to the Wolverines 21-14.

The Kaycee Buckaroos football team was scheduled to play at Saratoga Friday, but that game was postponed until today. That game will kickoff in Saratoga at 4 this afternoon.

The Lady Bison volleyball team had their Friday match with #1 Rawlins postponed, and that has not been rescheduled so far.
Buffalo then lost their Saturday match to Lander 3-1.

Coming up this week, the Bison Cross Country team will host their Buffalo Invite meet on Thursday.

The Bison football team will travel to Lander on Friday.

Kaycee's football team will host Meeteetse this Saturday.

The Lady Bison volleyball team will be at Big Horn Thursday and host Torrington on Saturday.

Kaycee's volleyball team will host Tensleep on Tuesday, Upton on Thursday and Arvada-Clearmont on Saturday.
