TROOPER BASEBALL - The Sheridan Troopers are less than a month away from opening day of their new season and the home opener is exactly 30 days out.

Head coach Ben Phillips says practice has been limited due to weather and field conditions but they've done the best they can to get off to a good start.

And what will the next three weeks hold for the Troopers before the season opener on May 3rd.

The Troopers haven't been able to get on the field and Thorne-rider stadium this spring, late snow cover was one thing the other has been improvements made to the infield surface.

The Troops open with four road games May 3rd and 4th in Cody and Billings, the home opener is still scheduled for Sunday May 11th against the Billings Royals.

The Bronc and Lady Bronc track teams will compete at an invitational at Kelly Walsh high school today.

TR TRACK - Tongue River high school will host their first ever home track meet today events are scheduled to get underway at 10:00 am.

GOLF - The Bronc and Lady Bronc golfers tee it up today at a tournament in Buffalo. Big Horn will host an invite today the Tongue River golfers will also compete.

BRONC / LADY BRONC SOCCER - The Sheridan high school soccer teams have Cheyenne East on the schedule tonight and tomorrow with Central.

Match times today will be at 4:00 and 6:00 and tomorrow at 10:00 and noon.

ROCKIES BASEBALL - The Colorado Rockies have a seven game road trip to San Francisco and San Diego. The first game in San Francisco is tonight staring at 8:15 live on 87.7 FM ESPN radio.
