TROOPERS / JETS BASEBALL ON THE ROAD THIS WEEK

TROOPER BASEBALL - The Sheridan Troopers lost their last game to the Billings Halos last Thursday night they fall to 10-12 on the season and still sport a 2-0 conference record.

Now the Troops will this week off to rest up for another road tournament in Rapid City set to start Thursday.

Head coach Ben Phillips says pitching consistency continues to plague them right now.

They are coming off a long stretch of games and Phillips says it's nice to have some off days to get rested up before they head to Rapid City Thursday for the Post #320 tournament.

Their conference home game with Gillette that was rained out has be re-scheduled for next week. That will also be our next live Trooper broadcast it will be one nine inning game at 6:00 on 14-10 KWYO.

JETS BASEBALL - The Sheridan Jets are off until Wednesday when they play a double header in Gillette.

SC VOLLEYBALL CAMPS - Sheridan college volleyball coach Jennifer Weitzel has announced the schedule for the Lady Generals volleyball camps in July.

Grades 2-6th skill development July 29,30 and 31 9:00am-10:30 am $60 per camper. The camp for grades 7-9th skill development July 29-31 2:00-4:30 pm $80 per camper

The high school development camp grades 10-12th will also be July 29-31 and will consist of two sessions per day. the first session: 10:30-12:30 pm and the 2nd session: 4:30-6:30 pm $90 per camper.

ROCKIES BASEBALL - The Colorado Rockies beat Washington 7-6 Sunday, they are off today and will open a series in Boston tomorrow you can that game against the Red Sox live on 87.7 FM ESPN radio, Rockies pregame starts at 4:30 with the first pitch at 5:10.
