Troopers drop two in Casper / Open Trooper camp today / WYO Rodeo prep on schedule

TROOPER BASEBALL - The Sheridan Troopers dropped both ends of a double header at Casper Wednesday night.

The Oilers beat the Troopers 9-4 in the first game and took the night cap by the score of 4-2.

TROOPER BASEBALL CAMP - The Troops will host their 20th youth baseball camp starting this morning and continue tomorrow and Saturday at Thorne-Rider stadium.

The camp is open to all boys and girls ages 7 to 15 and will run from 9 to noon the cost of the camp is 35 dollars and they will take walk up registration before the camp opens today, Troops Head coach Ben Phillips says it's a great activity for kids.

The next home game for the Troops is Monday when they host the Jackson Giants, it's a single nine inning game at 1:00.

WYO RODEO - 2014 Sheridan WYO rodeo week starts in nine days with the official kickoff July 5th. The four performances begin Wednesday July 9th.

WYO rodeo committee President Zane Garstad says preparations are right on schedule.

Every year the WYO rodeo board comes up with something a little different to liven up each performance and this year they've added something new to the line up each night.
