TROOPER BASEBALL / 2012 WYO RODEO WEEK BEGINS SATURDAY

TROOPER BASEBALL - The Sheridan Troopers are 33-8 after play at the Black Hills classic tournament in Rapid City.

They won their first game lost two Monday and cam back to win twice on Tuesday.

Next up for the Troops is a road double header in Cody Sunday, then a conference game Tuesday in Casper before coming home next Wednesday to host two with Spearfish, South Dakota.

Our next live broadcast of Trooper baseball will be that Spearfish double header next Wednesday the first pitch will be tossed out at 5:00 live on 14-10 KWYO.

WYO RODEO - 2012 Sheridan WYO rodeo week kicks off Saturday with the annual boot kickoff which will be held at Sheridan college.

WYO rodeo board member Nick Siddle says the WYO has grown into one of the top PRCA rodeos in the country and has become a tremendous four day event. Now it's more than a week of fun and activities for the entire community.

And he says in the end the payoff for the WYO rodeo board is seeing the grandstands full each
night.

SC YOUTH VOLLEYBALL CAMP - Sheridan college volleyball coach Jennifer Weitzel and the Lady Generals will host their volleyball camp next week Monday through Wednesday at the Hoffman Dome.

They will have two sessions per day one for 2nd through 6th grades and 7th through 9th grades.

They will also be hosting a one day college prep camp on July 16th.

ROCKIES BASEBALL - The Colorado Rockies lost 4-1 at St. Louis last night they continue the series in St. Louis tonight you can hear the game live on 87.7 FM broadcast time is at 5:30.
