KENDRICK GOLF COURSE - Kendrick golf course opened this week we sat down with Kendrick golf professional Brian James on a beautiful afternoon Thursday.

James says as soon as they announced the course opening Sheridan golfers were ready. He says the weather has been spectacular and that has helped with an early opening.

We had a mild winter and the course came through the winter in pretty good shape. As the course starts to green up registration and league play will begin in the next few weeks.

A program they started a few years ago is their couples fun nights James says it's a great time to come out and play and meet some new people.

BRONC / LADY BRONC SOCCER - The Bronc and Lady Bronc soccer teams play Cheyenne South this evening the Broncs are hosting the Bison.

The JV's start at 4:00 and the varsity at 6:00 tomorrow they host Laramie with match times at 10:00 and noon.

TRACK AND FIELD - The Sheridan high school track teams head to Cody for a big invitational meet tomorrow. Today Buffalo high school is hosting the "Jerry Campbell" invitational.

AMERICAN LEGION BASEBALL - The Sheridan Troopers and Jets will take to the field at Thorne-Rider stadium Monday evening for their first workouts of the spring.

The Troops open their season on May 6th hosting two games with Casper the Jets opener will also be May 6th with road games in Gillette.

BRONC LADY BRONC GOLF - Sheridan high school Head golf coach Larry Martoglio says the Broncs and Lady Broncs will have their first practice for the spring season after school on Monday at Kendrick golf course.

ROCKIES BASEBALL - The Colorado Rockies open their season with a three game series in Houston opening Friday, April 5th, the home opener in Monday, April 9th against San Francisco.
