BRONC SWIMMING - The Sheridan Bronc swimmers will get a chance to compete this week after spending two weeks in the water for pre-season practice. Coach Larry White says the Broncs look good, and they have a chance to have the best season the team has seen in several years.

This year's Senior class came to the rescue three years ago; with the program on the verge of being eliminated, only two swimmers were on the team and the school was forced to make a decision, but a group of sophomores stepped up and saved the day. Now they make up the core of the team, and White says they've come a long way in the last three seasons.

Adding to the depth of the team will be two divers that expect to give the Broncs additional scoring opportunities.

They open tomorrow at the Casper Relays, then they're off to the Gillette Pentathlon Saturday.
