VOLLEYBALL - The Lady Bronc volleyball team won the 4-A east regional losing only two games during the tournament to earn a top seed at the state tournament.

The Big Horn Lady Rams finished second in the 2-A East regional losing to Wright in the title game they have a two seed in their bracket this week and the Arvada/Clearmont girls have a third seed heading into the 1-A bracket at state.

Thursday: Sheridan vs Riverton 3:00, Big Horn vs Thermopolis 6:00 and A/C vs Burlington 7:30.

STATE CROSS COUNTRY - The Bronc and Lady Bronc cross country teams wrapped up their season at the state meet in Douglas.

The Broncs finished 5th overall with Micheal Rotellini earning All-state honors finishing 4th overall.

The Lady Broncs finished 8th their top finisher was Monica Neavill in 32nd place.

BRONC FOOTBALL - The Bronc football team beat Cheyenne East 44-14 Friday to run their winning streak to seven straight and finish the regular season 8-1.

It was an up and down first half for the Broncs as they jumped out to a fast 14-0 lead but got East back in the game with two turnovers and it was tied at 14-all. The Broncs got a late score in the first half and took the lead back for good at 21-14.

In the second half it was all Sheridan as the Broncs shut out the T-Birds and pulled away for the win after the game Head coach Don Julian.

And he says at 8-1 it was another great regular season of Bronc football.

And it was a lot of hard work and preparation that went into their success this year.

The Broncs open the 4-A playoffs at home Friday night against Rock Springs we will broadcast all the action live for you on 14-10 KWYO kickoff is scheduled for 7:00.

Ticket prices for the game have been announced, prices are set by the Wyoming high school activities association.

Tickets will be five dollars for adults and three dollars for students and children tickets will be sold at the SHS office beginning today.

BIG HORN FOOTBALL - The Big Horn Rams dropped a 35-21 game at Newcastle Friday, the Rams will travel to Lyman Friday to start the 2-A playoffs game time has not been announced but we will broadcast it live for Big Horn fans Friday.

WYOMING COWBOYS - The Wyoming Cowboys have a road game at San Diego state Saturday night. We will have the game live for you on 14-10 KWYO AND 95.9 FM. Broadcast time is at 7:00 and kickoff at 8:00.

DENVER BRONCOS - The Denver Broncos beat Miami in overtime Sunday 18-15 Tim Tebow led the Broncos to two late touchdowns and an 2-point conversion to send the game into overtime before they won it on a field goal. The Broncos are back at home this week against the Detroit Lions.
