SHS X-COUNTRY OFF AND RUNNING TO MONTANA

X-COUNTRY - The Sheridan high school cross country teams close out their regular season tomorrow at a meet in Helena, Montana.

Head coach Art Bauers has a young and talented group of runners on both teams this fall and he says with the season coming to close in three weeks a sense of urgency has taken over the runners.

And he says the young Bronc and Lady Bronc runners have done a good job this fall of staying competitive.

Tomorrow the run at the 7 on 7 meet in in Helena, Montana and Bauers says it's a fun race with a different twist for the runners.

The conference and state meets will be run over the next two weeks and Bauers says want to finish the season strong.

FOOTBALL - In local football action we will broadcast a live double header Friday starting in Big Horn with the Rams hosting Moorcroft.

The game will kickoff at 1:00 and will be broadcast live on 14-10 KWYO Ron Richter and Ben Chalker will have the play by play.

The Sheridan Broncs will play at Laramie Friday night we will have the game live for you on 14-10 KWYO and 95.9 FM starting at 6:30 with the First Federal pregame show kickoff is at 7:00.

WYOMING - The University of Wyoming Cowboys are back on the field Saturday after a week off they play at Utah state broadcast time is Saturday evening is at 5:00 on KWYO and 95.9 FM.

NFL - The Denver Broncos play at home Sunday afternoon against San Diego broadcast time is at noon on 14-10 KWYO.

VOLLEYBALL - The Sheridan Lady Bronc volleyball team plays on the road at Laramie and Cheyenne South Friday and Saturday

The Big Horn Lady Rams play matches with Moorcroft and Thermopolis this week and the Tongue River Lady Eagles have matches with Sundance and Moorcroft.

The Sheridan college Lady Generals will play at Rocky Mountain college tomorrow and back at the Hoffman dome Saturday against Western Wyoming that match will start at 3:00.

SWIMMING - The Lady Broncs swimmers host duals with Riverton and Cheyenne South Friday and then head to Gillette for an invitational Saturday.

The Lady Broncs host the north conference meet October 14th and 15th.
