BRONC / LADY BRONC SOCCER - The Bronc and Lady Bronc soccer teams are both 1-1 in conference play and will play one match this week in a double header tomorrow in Gillette matches are set for 3:00 and 5:00 pm.
Today we are highlighting the Lady Broncs, this past weekend they had the same outcomes the Broncs had, a huge shutout win at Cheyenne South followed by a shutout loss in Laramie where they fell 4-0.
Head coach Mallery Marshall says the loss at Laramie was tough to take but they are trying to make the best of that result.
They are only four matches into the season and Marshall says the players have done a good job of picking up the new system and it's put a bit more pressure on the younger players.
and she says they expect to get a very good challenge in the "razor City" tomorrow.
Marshall says what also helps out this week is having only one match and they can put a.ll their preparation toward playing a single opponent.
BRONC / LADY BRONC TRACK & FIELD - The Bronc and Lady Bronc track teams will skip the Gillette invitational Saturday because of the Sheridan high school prom and are now looking at competing at invitationals in either Worland or Newcastle Thursday or friday.
The track teams will be at home for two big meets this month Tuesday, April 22nd and Saturday the 26th Sheridan high school will host the Gary Benson and Dan Hansen invitationals.
BRONC / LADY BRONC GOLF - The Bronc and Lady Bronc golfers are starting their spring season this week course conditions permitting they will open play in Worland Friday.
They host Sheridan invitational at Kendrick golf course Thursday May 8th. The spring season ends with the conference tournament in Laramie May 19th and 20th,
ROCKIES BASEBALL - The Colorado Rockies lost at Miami 4-3 last night the series concludes today. You can hear the game live on 87.7 FM ESPN radio broadcast time is at 10:40 this morning.
