SHERIDAN COLLEGE SPORTS / REGIONAL SOCCER AND TRACK

SHERIDAN COLLEGE - The Sheridan college booster clubs has two big fund raising events scheduled over the next several weeks.

A week from tomorrow they host their annual golf tournament at the Powder Horn, the event has turned into one of the best early season golf outings in Sheridan, SC Athletic Director Steve Smiley.

They may have a few spots open if you are interested in playing or getting a team together you can contact smiley at the Sheridan college Men's basketball office.

The booster club will also have their 4th annual community flea market June 1st, you can rent a booth to sell your own stuff for 25 dollars and 40 booths are available it will be held indoors at the Hoffman dome.

Spring has been hopping for both basketball programs at Sheridan college as Smiley and Lady Generals coach Frank McCarthy restock their basketball teams for the fall.

REGIONAL SOCCER - The Bronc and Lady Bronc soccer teams play regional tournament elimination games tonight.

The Lady Broncs will play Gillette in Gillette at 5:00 the winner moves on to play Laramie in the semi finals tomorrow.

The Broncs play Cheyenne East tonight in Cheyenne at 6:00 the winner also plays Laramie in the semi finals.

TRACK AND FIELD - Regional track and field competition starts tomorrow in Gillette for all Eastern 1-A, 2-A and 4-A teams.

GOLF - The Bronc and Lady Bronc golf season ends Monday and Tuesday at the Powder Horn with the playing of the conference tournament.

TROOPER BASEBALL - The Sheridan Troopers host games with Cheyenne and the Billings Scarlets Saturday and Sunday.

Games with the Scarlets start at 1:00 Saturday and 1:00 Sunday we will broadcast both live on 14-10 KWYO.

ROCKIES BASEBALL - The Colorado Rockies lost 3-2 to the New York Yankees last night. You can hear today's game live on 87.7 FM ESPN radio pregame is at 12:35 with the first pitch at 1:10.
