SC boosters flea market plus Generals hoop camp and Wyoming all-star basketball / Hoop Jam this weekend / Rockies get whipped

SC ATHLETICS - Sheridan college will be a busy place for a week starting Saturday with the booster club flea market.

Generals basketball coach Steve Smiley and his players will host their youth basketball camp next week.

The annual flea market Saturday at the Hoffman dome from 8-2 and you can get involved selling your own stuff.

To reserve your own space contact Barb Williams at the college by calling 674-6446 ex. 4008.

The Generals youth basketball camp will run from 8 to noon Monday through Thursday and is open to all boys K-10th grade.

They will take walk up registration Monday morning at the Hoffman dome before the camp opens at 8:00.

The Wyoming / Montana all-star basketball games will be next Friday and Saturday. The players come in Wednesday to prepare for the games.

TROOPER BASEBALL - The Sheridan Troopers get back into action tomorrow night at Thorne-Rider stadium.

They host a double header with Powell the first game will start at 5:00 and we will have game one live for you on 14-10 KWYO.

The Troopers are 5-5 overall and took two from Powell on the road they have the rematch tomorrow, Troops Head coach Ben Phillips.

ROCKIES BASEBALL - The Colorado Rockies got rocked last night as they dropped a 16-8 decision to Arizona at Coors field the D-backs scored six in the 8th and 5 more in the 9th to blow the Rockies out.

They play again tonight and we will have the game live for you on 87.7 FM ESPN radio, first pitch is at 6:40.

HOOP JAM - The annual Sheridan Hoop Jam 3 on 3 basketball tournament takes place Saturday and Sunday hundreds of participants and players will be in town for the event.
