HS FOOTBALL – The Sheridan Broncs beat #1 Green River 34-21 Friday night. The Broncs led 27-0 at halftime and stretchd the lead to 34-7 at the end of the 3rd quarter. Bronc quarterback Austin Woodward ran for 116 yards. The Broncs now are 2-1 and play on the road at Rock Springs next week.

The Tongue River Eagles lost at Glenrock last night. The Herders led 32-6 at halftime and went on to to win 45-26. Next week the Eagles have their Homecoming game against Moorcroft.

The Big Horn Rams traveled to Burns Friday night and avenged last year's State Title game loss to Burns by beating the Broncs 24-19. The Rams play at home next week, hosting the Wright Panthers.

UW - The Wyoming Cowboys host #2 Texas today. Pre-game is at 12:30; kickoff is at 1:30, live on AM 1410 KWYO.

NFL - The Denver Broncos play at Cincinnati tomorrow to open the NFL regular season. Bronco pre-game is at 10 o'clock, with kick-off at 11 on AM 1410 KWYO.

SHS VOLLEYBALL - The Sheridan Lady Bronc volleyball team lost a 4-game match against Laramie Friday night. The Lady Broncs host Casper Kelly Walsh today at 12:30.

SC VOLLEYBALL - The Sheridan College Lady Generals lost at Laramie County in three games last night. They continue the road trip today at Eastern Wyoming in Torrington.

BIG HORN INVITATIONAL - Lots and lots of volleyball today at Big Horn High School, as the Lady Rams host their annual invitational tournament. The Tongue River Lady Eagles are competing along with the Lady Rams.

SHS CROSS- COUNTRY - The Sheridan Lady Bronc cross-country runners finished 2nd at the Gillette Invitational Friday. Lady Bronc teammates Dana Morin and Lela Carpenter continue to dominate, finishing 1st and 2nd. Next week the Broncs and Lady Broncs will host the Michelle Ludwig Invitational.
