REGIONAL SOCCER - The Lady Bronc soccer team will have the #4 seed heading into the state tournament this week after losing two games at their regional tournament over the weekend.

They lost 3-1 against Cheyenne East in the semi finals and lost 2-0 against Laramie in the consolation game Saturday.

They open the state tournament in Rock Springs against number one seed Casper Kelly Walsh Thursday morning at 9:00.

REGIONAL TRACK AND FIELD - High school track and field regional meets finished up Saturday in team results the Lady Broncs were 4th the Broncs were 5th.

In the 2-A East regional the Big Horn girls were 1st and Tongue River was 6th.

The Tongue River Eagles were 6th and the Big Horn Rams finished 9th and in the 1-A regional the Arvada / Clearmont girls were 5th the NSI girls were 8th, the NSI boys were 7th and A/C was 8th.

The All class Wyoming state track and field championships start Thursday at Kelly Walsh high school in Casper.

TROOPER BASEBALL - The Sheridan Troopers are scheduled to play their nest two games in Gillette Friday evening.

The next home date will be May 29th in a double header with Douglas.

COWGIRL TRACK AND FIELD - Former Sheridan Lady Bronc Taylor Gardner had a very good Mountain West conference championship track meet for the Wyoming Cowgirls.

Gardner won the Women's 400 hurdle and was also part of the Cowgirls winning 4x100 meter relay team.

ROCKIES BASEBALL - The Colorado Rockies beat San Diego 8-6 Sunday, they are off today and open a home series with San Francisco tomorrow the first pitch will be tossed out at 6:40 on 87.7 FN ESPN radio.
