THE BRONC AND LADY BRONC BASKETBALL SWEPT ALL SIX VARSITY GAMES IN RIVERTON OVER THE WEEKEND

BRONC LADY BRONC BASKETBALL - Lady Bronc Head coach Derek Bissitt says it was good to get three more wins on the road in Riverton.

This week the Competition gets better with Billings Skyview Friday and a road game at Natrona county Saturday.

And with playing teams with more size they'll want to put a lot of pressure on both.

The Broncs are now 8-2 overall Head coach Mike Ibach says the Broncs did a nice job in Riverton.

Bison sports weekend review

The Bison sports teams faired well in competition this weekend.
The No. 1-ranked Bison boys' basketball team won both of their contests, defeating third-ranked Wheatland 69-58 on the road Friday night.
Aaron Tyser had 29 points for the Bison, and Casey Esponda added 20.
Saturday the Bison hosted Thermopolis, beating the Bobcats 79-49.
Buffalo is now 8-1 overall and 4-0 in conference play.
The Lady Bison split their games, dropping a heartbreaker Friday at home 47-44 to the Lady Bulldogs from Wheatland.

Both the Sheridan Bronc and Lady Bronc Basketball teams had convincing wins Friday night against Riverton, at a tournament in Riverton. Kayla Woodward led the Lady Broncs with 21 as they easily cruised to a 76-40 win. The Broncs won pretty handily as well, they defeated Riverton 69-42. Both teams will play Evenston today. We'll have the action for you live on AM 1410 KWYO beginning with the Lady Broncs at 1:30, followed by the Broncs at 3 o'clock

BRONC / LADY BRONC BASKETBALL - The Bronc and Lady Bronc basketball swept victories last night beating Star Valley. The Lady Broncs won 58-36 running their record to 8-0 the Broncs hung on an beat the Braves 42-41 to improve to 6-2.

Both teams have four games left before beginning conference play, Lady Bronc Head coach Derek Bissitt says these next four are big for the Lady Broncs to get them ready for the conference season.

Broncs coach Mike Ibach says they got it done last night and have two more to get through.

Bison sports preview for Jan. 7-8

The Bison sports teams are back in action this weekend after the long Holiday break, with the boys' and girls' basketball teams on the courts both Friday and Saturday, the wrestling team at Douglas and the boys' swim team at the Douglas Invitational.
