Bronc / Lady Bronc soccer plays East and Central this week / Rockies win again by the Bay

BRONC / LADY BRONC SOCCER - The Bronc and Lady Bronc soccer teams play Cheyenne Central and Cheyenne East this week the Broncs are at home while the girls travel.

The Broncs are rolling right now at 3-0 in conference play and coming off a weekend in the road with two more victories, East and Central come to town this week to face the Broncs and they know they will have to be even better this week.

The JV's play at 4:00 Friday the varsity goes at 6:00 and Saturday matches are set for 10:00 and noon.

Local track, soccer, golf and tennis / Rockies shut out San Francisco

TRACK AND FIELD - The Bronc and Lady Bronc track teams are coming off a good weekend of competition at a big meet in Billings, Head coach Art Bauers says the Lady Broncs had an especially good day.

They have another big meet Saturday when they travel to compete in the Track O Rama in Rapid City. Next week Sheridan high school will host two events, the Gary Benson invitational will be a week from today and the Dan Hansen invite will be next week on Saturday.

Bronc / Lady Bronc Soccer sweep Laramie and South / Track and field results / Rockies off to a 4-2 start

BRONC / LADY BRONC SOCCER - The Bronc and Lady Bronc soccer teams swept all four conference games over the weekend from Laramie and Cheyenne South.

The Broncs went on the road and scored seven goals on the weekend they beat Laramie 3-1 on Friday and South 4-1 Saturday to run their conference record to 3-0. They will play at home this weekend against Cheyenne Central and East.

Ground Breaking tonight at Sheridan high school / Big weekend coming up for SHS Soccer / Rockies win again

SHS CONSTRUCTION PROJECT - Ground breaking will take place this evening locker room project at Sheridan high school, the ceremony will be held at the high school at 5:30 and the public is invited to attend.

BRONC / LADY BRONC SOCCER - The Bronc and Lady Bronc soccer teams resume conference play tomorrow the Lady Broncs host Laramie and Cheyenne South Saturday. The Broncs will play on the road game times are 4:00 and 6:00 tomorrow evening and 10:00 am and noon Saturday.

GOLF - The Sheridan high school golfers will tee it up tomorrow at the Buffalo invitational.

Local spring sports schedule full this week / Rockies pound the Brewers in the season opener / Duke wins national hoops championship

BRONC / LADY BRONC TRACK - The Bronc and Lady Bronc track teams may change their schedule this week, they have a meet scheduled for Friday in Casper but Head coach Art Bauers says they may go to a couple of other events.

Bauers says they got through spring break and now their season really gets rolling. And he says right now the athletes need to have a sense of urgency to start getting quality finishes.
