Not Too Busy HS Sports Weekend In Jo Co Thanks To Snow

What was scheduled to be a pretty busy sports weekend in Johnson County fizzled fairly quickly with the weather moving in late Friday and into early Saturday, postponing soccer and track and field events at BHS.

The Bison and Lady Bison were able to get their Friday matches in before the snow hit hard.

The Bison boys traveled to Powell to take on the Panthers and came home with a 9-0 shutout of the Panthers.
The Lady Bison hosted the Lady Panthers and held them scoreless as well, with a final score of 3-0.

Both teams' matches with Cody were canceled on Saturday and we'll announce the re-scheduled dates when we get them.

The Bison and Lady Bison now sit at 1-1 on the season with their next matches scheduled this weekend.

The annual Jerry Campbell Invite Track and Field meet scheduled for Saturday was also canceled due to weather, and has been re-scheduled for Tuesday, April 9th.
