FOOTBALL - The Bronc football team will play at Natrona county tomorrow night and the Big Horn rams play their regular season opener tomorrow afternoon at home.

The Rams lost their zero week exhibition game at Thermopolis last Friday Head coach Bert Dow says the Rams showed their age in the 21-6 loss.

Several players from Tongue River high school have joined the Rams club this year after their season was called off two weeks ago and Dow says they are slowly getting up to speed with their new teammates and coaches.

And Dow says in the big picture it's great for the TR players to get a chance to play football this fall.

The Rams take on Greybull tomorrow afternoon at 1:00 we will broadcast the game live for you on 14-109 KWYO Ron Richter and Ben Chalker will have the play by play.

The Sheridan Broncs play at Natrona county tomorrow night in a rematch of last year's state title game.

The Broncs opened with a 31-12 win last week over Cheyenne Central Head coach Don Julian says after watching film with the players this week their were some good things and some areas that need big
improvement.

He says it was good for the young Bronc squad to start off with a solid victory as they get ready for a big step up in competition this week.

We will broadcast the game live for on 14-10 KWYO and 95.9 FM the First Federal pregame show will start at 6:30 with kickoff at 7:00.

The Wyoming Cowboys open at home Saturday night against Weber state at 6:00 and the Denver Broncos play their final preseason game Thursday night at Arizona.

TENNIS - The Bronc and Lady Bronc tennis see action Saturday the Broncs play in Scottsbluff, Nebraska while the Lady Broncs stay home for exhibition matches.

VOLLEYBALL - The Lady Bronc volleyball team is off until they host Laramie next Friday night.

Big Horn high school is hosting 16 teams in the Big Horn invitational this week the Tongue River Lady Eagles will be playing in the event as well.

X-COUNTRY - The Bronc and Lady Bronc cross country runners are the hosts of the annual Michelle Ludwig memorial Sheridan invitational.

The meet will be run tomorrow afternoon racing begins at 3:00 on the grounds of the VA medical center.

GOLF - The Bronc and Lady Bronc golfers play at the two day Worland invitational which starts today and concludes tomorrow.

SWIMMING - The Lady Bronc swimmers will compete this week tomorrow at a meet in Laramie.

Their home opener will be Tuesday, September 13th when they host a dual with Buffalo.
