LADY BRONC BASKETBALL PREVIEW / MORE LOCAL ACTION

BRONC / LADY BRONC BASKETBALL - Wednesday we took a look at the Sheridan Bronc basketball team as they prepare to restart the season a week from today, yesterday we made a stop at Sheridan high school to check in on the Lady Broncs.

The Lady Broncs have won six out of their first seven games and Head coach Sean Yeager they took a look back at those games and have gone back to the basics this week.

And with the work they've gotten done this week the break did come at a good time.

Next week they play three games in Riverton then games with Billings Senior and Casper Natrona before the conference season begins in three weeks.

The Broncs and Lady Broncs will be in Riverton next week for three games they'll play the host teams plus Casper Kelly Walsh and Evanston. All six games will be broadcast live next week Thursday through Saturday.

BRONC WRESTLING - The Bronc wrestlers will open 2012 at the "Shane Shatto" invitational in Douglas next weekend.

INDOOR TRACK AND FIELD - The 2012 high school indoor track and field season opens Monday for the Broncs and Lady Broncs with their first practice.

The first indoor meet of season will be in Spearfish, South Dakota and Friday January 13th.

EAGLES BASKETBALL - The Tongue River basketball teams will open the new year next week with games against Moorcroft and Lovell.

RAMS BASKETBALL - The Big Horn Rams and Lady Rams will play Wright and Moorcroft.

A/C- NSI BASKETBALL - The Arvada / Clearmont Panthers and Lady Panthers will ope next week with Upton and Midwest and the NSI Wolves will open with Hulett and Upton.

SC YOUTH HOLIDAY HOOP CAMP - The Sheridan college youth basketball camps will take place Saturday at the Hoffman dome.

The boys camp for 1st through 8th grades will run from 8:00 to noon and the girls camp will run from noon to 4:00.

They will take registration before each camp opens for more information call the Sheridan college basketball office at 674-6446 for the boys camp the ex: is 4000 and for the girls the ex: is 4001.

COWBOY BASKETBALL - The Wyoming Cowboys are 12-2 they are off until next Tuesday when they play at Utah Valley we will broadcast the game live for on 14-10 KWYO and 95.9 FM. broadcast time is at 6:30 with the tip at 7:00.

The Pokes will play another home game against Idaho state on January 9th as a tune up for their conference opener at home against New Mexico on the 14th.

BRONCO FOOTBALL - The Denver Broncos will play at home New Year's day against Kansas City a win puts them in the playoffs. We will have the ball game for you live on 14-10 KWYO Bronco pregame starts at 12:05 with kickoff at 2:15.
