The Buffalo Lady Bison, after splitting their games last weekend, now stand at 8-2 overall, 3-1 in conference.
The girls dropped a close game to Wheatland at home last Friday 47-44.
Coach Michelle Dahlberg said the two teams are very similar.
Saturday the Lady Bison traveled to Thermopolis and squeaked out a win 36-31, pulling away in the fourth quarter on the strength of a newfound defense.
Coming up this weekend, Buffalo will host Rawlins Friday night and then travel to Cheyenne South on Saturday.
Dahlberg explaind what the girls can expect from their two opponents.
Dahlberg said she was pleased for the most part with where her team is at this point in the season, but said there was still room for improvement.
She said she saw the team grow through their recent difficulties.
Game times for Friday are 4 pm for the freshmen, 5:30 for JV and 7 pm for varsity.
