THE HIGH SCHOOL WINTER SPORTS SEASON IS UNDERWAY

LADY BRONC BASKETBALL - The Sheridan Lady Bronc basketball returns a full starting five back this season Head coach Derek Bissitt says they hit the floor running last night.

And Bissitt says with plenty of talent and depth the Lady Broncs are looking forward to getting the season underway.

BRONC BASKETBALL - The Broncs got off to a little slower start last night with several varsity players coming off last Saturday's state championship football game.

Head coach Mike Ibach says the football team had a great year and those players deserve a few days off to regroup before starting basketball practice.

They lost six pretty good seniors last spring but Ibach is excited with the players that will make up this year's team.

The Broncs and Lady Broncs will open up the basketball season hosting a double header with Green River Friday, December 3rd.

We are proud to announce this season we will be providing live play by play coverage of all the Bronc and Lady Bronc games. We will be using both AM 14-10 KWYO AND 95.9 FM to deliver the games to you.

GENERALS BASKETBALL - The Sheridan college Generals are 3-0 they play at a tournament this weekend at Northwest college in Powell.

LADY GENERALS BASKETBALL - The Lady Generals will spend the weekend at home hosting a tournament sponsored by State Farm insurance.

Game times Friday will be at 5:00 and 7:00 and Saturday afternoon at 1:00 and 3:00.

COWGIRL BASKETBALL - The Wyoming Cowgirls hosted a game with Dickinson state last night a game the Cowgirls won easily 80-48.

Playing for Dickinson last night was former Sheridan Lady Bronc Kelsey Boedecker she is a senior for this year's Blue Hawk squad she scored 11 points in last night's game.

Back in the 2006-07 season as a senior for the Lady Broncs Boedecker led Sheridan to the girls 4-A state championship.

COWBOY BASKETBALL - The Wyoming basketball Cowboys play Northern Colorado tonight you can hear the game live on AM 14-10 KWYO and 95.9 FM broadcast time will be at 6:30.

COWBOY FOOTBALL - The Wyoming football Cowboys will close out their season at home Saturday afternoon against Colorado state. Kickoff is scheduled for noon.

BRONCO FOOTBALL - The Denver Broncos will play their next game on Monday night at San Diego next week.
